Junto com Christian Kruel, Raul Oliveira é considerado um pioneiro do Poker brasileiro. Assim como seu parceiro, Raul estudou economia e começou a jogar gamão. Depois de competir em vários eventos nacionais e internacionais, e se apaixonar pelo poker depois de assistir o filme “Rounders”, Raul começou a jogar limit hold’em online e passou a participar de torneio internacionais.

Com Kruel ele abriu um portal de poker e eles se tornaram nomes de referência para o poker no Brasil. Hoje, Raul é considerado o melhor jogador de Fixed Limit Hold’em do Brasil e joga online no Full Tilt Poker, como Red Pro.

Raul mora no Rio de Janeiro e tem uma filha. Ele escreve para a maioria dos importantes sites e revistas brasileiras, como a Revista Flop e a CardPlayer Brasil, e é

também comentarista da ESPN para programas como Poker After Dark.

Along with Christian Kruel, Raul Oliveira is considered to be a pioneer of Brazilian poker. Just like his partner, Raul studied Economics and started playing backgammon. After competing in many national and international events, and falling in love with poker by watching “Rounders”, Raul began playing limit Hold’em online and later internationally.

With Kruel he opened a poker portal and they became reference names for poker in Brazil. Today, Raul is considered the best Fixed Limit Hold’em player in Brazil and plays online at Full Tilt Poker, as a red pro.

Raul lives in Rio de Janeiro and has a young daughter. He writes for the most important Brazilian sites and magazines, like Flop and CardPlayer Brasil, and is also a TV commentator for ESPN poker shows and Poker After Dark in Portuguese.

    I had a desire to begin my own organization, however I didn’t have got enough of money to do this. Thank goodness my close dude told to use the credit loans. Thus I used the bank loan and made real my old dream.
